However, our customers may choose to employ such devices in web sites that they control that accesses Kaycha Labs applications and systems. Kaycha Labs does not utilize cookies that could be used to uniquely identify an individual other than a customer, with whom Kaycha Labs has a contract. Kaycha Labs does operate session-based web-enabled applications, however Kaycha Labs does not employ stealth PII-gathering or spyware-type devices of any kind. Only information required to complete a testing request is asked for and received by our applications. Kaycha Labs does not collect PII from any other source.
